Made to Order & Production Times
Each custom piece requires a 50% deposit to secure your order and begin work, with the remaining balance payable upon completion prior to dispatch. As every piece is handmade to order and created to your specifications, custom orders are non-refundable.
Production times may vary depending on the design and materials required. An estimated completion time will be provided once your design has been confirmed.
Custom pieces have an estimated production time of 3–6 weeks, depending on the design and materials required.
Return and Refund Policy
Returns & Refunds
Some items are handmade to order using the measurements you provide. Because of this, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or personal preference. Please check your measurements carefully before ordering. If you need any guidance on how to take your measurements, please use the measuring guide or contact me
Faulty Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault (such as holes, tears, or construction issues), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.
To be eligible:
- The item must be unworn
- In its original condition
- Clear photos of the fault must be provided
If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair or replacement. Refunds are only issued if a repair or replacement is not possible.
Not Considered Faults
- Incorrect measurements provided by the customer
- Natural variations in handmade items
- Damage caused by wear, performance, or improper care
