Returns & Refunds
Some items are handmade to order using the measurements you provide. Because of this, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements, or personal preference. Faulty Items
If your item arrives with a manufacturing fault (such as holes, tears, or construction issues), please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

If a fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair or replacement. Refunds are only issued if a repair or replacement is not possible.
